About the role

As a Customer Host, you will meet customers in the showroom, manage bookings, and handle follow-ups with customers. You will work at one of our facilities in Gothenburg and assist at events. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring the cars in the showroom are presentable and that the lounge looks inviting. You will be helpful to all departments; car sales, spare parts, car rentals, as well as the service and body shop, with various tasks. The job also includes assisting salespeople with various tasks and arranging test drives. Some administrative tasks will also be included.

What we require from you

We expect you to have previous experience in the service industry and to find meeting customers in your work to be the most enjoyable part. A Class B driver's license and a high school education are requirements. It is important that you always provide service at the highest level and make all our customers feel welcome.

Other information

The position is a part-time hourly contract with shift work between 07:00 and 18:00. Weekend work occurs, and the location is at our facility in Gothenburg. If you have questions, you are welcome to contact the hiring manager.
